My Attorney is the SH**!! Im so happy with all she did to help me in my divorce. Can you say came out swinging...she is NOT to be played with. I love all of her preparation, SUPER responsive!! Where do i start?! Ms. Carter has been my boyfriends lawyer since last year, a court appointed lawyer by the way. Today his case was dismissed!! Nothing like I thought. Beautiful soul and show a lot of care toward my child. They say court appt lawyers are no good. She was WONDERFUL! took her time explaining to my son and I what was going on choices to make explain each option and more than once. So no worries if she ever become your lawyer

I slipped and fell at a prominent, upscale chain restaurant while in Houston - with my young son in tow - and twisted my ankle in the process. Ms. Carter was a great attorney for my chile support case. My ex was trying to claim that I have been keeping our children away from him when the truth was he just wasn't visiting or paying child support. Any questions I had about my case was met with warnings to drop me as a client. She went to court unprepared and got fined by the judge. She passed the $1,500 fine onto me and constantly threatened to drop me as a client. She double booked me during my divorce mediation. She put me on mute while she address another mediation at the same time mine was in progress. She received financial documents from my ex wife regarding the value of my wife's estate and never looked at the date of the documents to see that they were several years old. After paying Rachelle around $20,000, She filed with the courts to drop me as a client because. I had to hire another attorney to complete my divorce that cost me several thousands of dollars more. I have all the receipts, documents and correspondence to show that I am telling the truth. The only time I ever met her in person was when I paid her $5,000 for the retainer fee, after that I only received demand letters for more money. There is more but I am trying to put this behind me. I felt I had to inform the public about my experience with this person

We hired rachelle to assist us with a case that we had to pay a ridiculous amount for a 18 wheeler that wasn’t working. She did a poor job of fighting for us. When I called her for an update on the case she answered and put me on hold for 10 minutes only to return and tell me she would call me back. She never did. I had to reach out to her the next day. She apologized and told me she would call me back after court. Didn’t happen. I had to call her again. Long story short instead of CCing us when she emailed the company we were suing she sent us a pathetic screenshot of the company’s response. That was when I was done. I terminated our agreement and found another attorney.
